摘要
从北京东三岔铅锌尾矿附近的土壤中筛选出两株高度抗镉细菌,经过形态观察、生理生化特征鉴定、16SrDNA序列比对分析及biolog快速鉴定,分别为多杀巴斯德氏杆菌和黄杆菌.并对两株菌做了抗生素抗性和重金属抗性分析.
Two bacterial strains highly capable of cadmium resistance were screened from a Pb-Zn mine tailing in the suburbs of Beijing. Based on morphological observation, biochemical and physiological identification,16S rDNA sequence contrast and quick identification of biolog, two strains were identified as Pasteurella multocida and Flavobacterium. Antibiotic resistance and heavy metal resistance were also analyzed.
