摘要 通过对受弯梁结构外部安装和内部埋入形状记忆合金进行加固仿真,运用现场试验和有限元软件ANSYS建立计算模型,对该梁结构安装形状记忆合金前后的承载能力和裂缝的恢复情况进行了研究.结果表明:外部安装和内部埋入形状记忆合金能有效降低梁受荷后的变形,使结构产生自修复的能力,提高结构的承载能力,改善结构的受力性能,也可增加结构的整体性和刚度. Based on the simulation of external installation and embedding of shape memory alloy in the bending beam structure,field tests and the finite element software ANSYS were combined to establish the calculation model and research carrying capacity of the beam before and after alloy installation and the recovery of cracks. The results show that external installation and embedding of shape memory alloy effectively reduce the deformation of the beam under load and facilitate the self-repairing of the structure. Thus, the alloy installation method improves bearing capacity and mechanical performance, and strengthens structural integrity and rigidity.
