摘要
为降低成本、节约材料,从外观、强度、重量等方面考虑,设计了铝合金车轮的结构方案.对方案在弯曲、扭转、静压三种工况下进行有限元分析,并对铝合金车轮进行了径向载荷试验、径向冲击试验、旋转弯曲疲劳试验、扭转疲劳试验.结果表明,前轮质量减轻了2.5%,后轮质量减轻了2.8%,在保证设计车轮强度不降低、满足整车承载重量的情况下,比原车轮更加轻便,达到了预期目的.
The structural scheme of aluminum alloy wheels of the motorbike was designed to reduce costs and use less material,and the finite element analysis of the scheme was carried out under the conditions of hending,torsion,and static pressure. The radial load test,the radial impact test, the twisting-bending fatigue test,and torsion fatigue by 2.5% and that of the rear high as the old one and meets test were done. The wheel reduces by 2. the requirements of results show that the 8%,and the strength full load weight. The weight of the front wheel reduces of the new-type wheel remains as new scheme not only reduces the weight of the motorbike and improves the exterior of the motorbike,but lowers economic costs as well.
