摘要
目的观察Raf激酶抑制蛋白(RKIP)和上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在结肠癌旁黏膜及结肠癌中的表达,探讨二者在结肠癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测62例结肠癌及癌旁组织中RKIP蛋白和E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果 RKIP蛋白和E-cadherin蛋白在结肠癌组织中阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RKIP蛋白在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。E-cadherin蛋白在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达与分化程度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。RKIP蛋白与E-cadherin蛋白的表达之间呈正相关。结论 RKIP蛋白和E-cadherin蛋白与结肠癌的发生、发展有关,并且在肠癌的侵袭和转移中起重要作用。
Objective To study the protein expression of RKIP and E-cadher in adjacent colon mucosa and colon carcinoma,and to investigate their roles in the development of colon carcinoma.Methods The expression of RKIP and E-cadherin proteins were detected by immunohistochemical staining (Streptavidine-Peroxidase method)in 62 cases of colon carcinoma and 62 cases of adjacent colon mucosa.Results The rate of positive expression of RKIP and E-cadherin proteins in colon carcinoma was lower than the adjacent colon mucosa,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The expression of RKIP protein in colon carcinoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).The expression of E-cadherin protein in colon carcinoma was correlated with cell differentiation,Dukes stages and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).The expressions of RKIP protein was positively correlated to that of E-cadherin protein in colon carcinoma.Conclusion RKIP and E-cadherin proteins were associated with the tumorigenesis and development of the colon carcinoma,which play important roles in invasion and metastasis of the colon carcinoma.
