摘要
目的了解沈阳市社区卫生服务机构人力资源现状,分析存在的问题并提出建议。方法采用横断面调查方法,对6 002名卫生服务中心(站)工作人员进行自填式问卷调查,有效回收率为81.2%。采用自制问卷,应用统计描述分析方法探讨沈阳市社区卫生服务机构人力资源现况。结果沈阳社区卫生服务机构人力资源配置不甚合理,医护比例是1∶0.74,缺乏社区护士和防保人员;职称以中、初级层次为主,医生学历以本科和专科层次为主(占76.72%),护士学历以专科和中专层次为主(占88.45%)。结论应尽快调整社区卫生服务人力资源结构,加强全科医学培训,进一步完善社区卫生服务人力资源配套政策。
Objective To understand the current human resources situation of community health service institutions in Shenyang,so as to find out the existing problems and provide related suggestions.Methods Uniform questionnaires were filled out by 6 002 community health service staffs,and then collected for analysis with an effective rate of 81.2%.Results The structure of human resource in community health service was unreasonable:including the unjustified ratio between doctors and nurses which was 1∶0.74,and the lack of nurses and preventive personnel.About educational background,76.72 percent of the doctors were from university and junior college,and 88.45 percent of the nurses were from junior college and technical secondary school.Most of them had the intermediate title.Conclusion The structure of human resources in community health service institutions should be adjusted and the training of general practice should be strengthened as soon as possible.In addition,further efforts should be made to establish and improve the supporting policies of human resources in community health service institutions.
