摘要
利用工业废弃物石碴、炉渣取代天然河砂作细集料,通过压制成型工艺制备水泥基材料,探索了石碴、炉渣复掺对水泥基材料强度、吸水率、抗冻性的影响规律。结果表明:在石碴取代40wt.%河砂的前提下,随剩余河砂被炉渣取代量增加水泥基材料的强度呈下降趋势,而吸水率则逐渐增大;在抗冻性方面,适量的石碴、炉渣复掺制备的水泥基材料满足GB/T50082《普通混凝土长期性能和耐久性能试验方法标准》中W25抗冻等级指标要求。并对其机理进行分析。
A kind of cement-base product was prepared using pressure molding process. Industrial wastes, crushed sand and slag, were used as fine aggregates to replace the natural river sand common used in the cement-based products. Effect of the crushed sand and slag on the strength, water absorption and frost resistance of the cement-base products were investigated. The dosage of the crushed sand was fixed to be 40 wt.% of the total aggregate in all specimens. The result showed that the flexural strength decreasesand the water absorption increased gradually with the replacement of slag. In a certain dosage range of crushed sand and slag replacement, the frost resistance of the cement-based product met the requirement of W25 according to the national standard GB/T50082 test method sof longterm performance and durability of ordinary concrete. Mechanism was studied followed by analyzing the hydration products and its microstructure.
