摘要
为了更好地认识引气剂对提高水泥砂浆抗冻耐久性的作用,通过压汞法(MIP)和气孔分析(AVA)测试了相同配合比不同引气剂掺量的水泥砂浆孔结构。结果表明,引气剂掺量越大,水泥砂浆含气量越大。且由于水泥砂浆含气量的改变,其内部孔结构发生变化,孔隙率、平均孔径、总孔体积、总孔面积随引气剂掺量增加而增大,孔径分布随着引气剂的掺入更加均匀,对于孔间距系数,引气剂掺量越多孔间距系数越小,引气剂掺入导致孔结构的这种改变对于提高水泥砂浆抗冻耐久性具有积极作用。
In order to better understand the role of the air-entraining agent in enhancing the durability of frost-resistance of cement mortar, pore structure of the cement mortar with different air-entraining content and same proportion are tested by MIP and AVA.The results show that the more air-entraining agent content, the greater the air content of the cement mortar.And due to the change of the air content, the structure of the pore changes.With the increasing of the content of the air-entraining,porosity,average pore diameter,total pore volume ,total pore area becomes bigger.The distribution of the pore size of the cement mortar becomes more uniform with the join of the air-entraining agent.To the spacing factor,it becomes smaller with the increasing of the content of the air-entraining agent.The above changes of the pore structure are all led by the introduction of the air-entraining agent, which plays a positive role in improving the durability of frost-resistance of cement mortar.
