摘要 介绍了煤粉锅炉烟气氨法脱硫的技术改造,创新性主要体现在:提出了两炉并塔流程方案;采用了副产硫酸氨的塔内饱和结晶新工艺;建立了相应的新型防腐材料选用规则;采用了稠厚器专有技术;增加了脱硫事故暂存槽和硫酸铵溶液缓存槽,以及减少气溶胶产生及氨损的优化工艺等,解决了传统氨法烟气脱硫中的堵塞、腐蚀等问题。 In this article,technical reform of ammonia desulfurization process for the fuel gas in pulverized coal fired boiler was introduced.The innovations in the reform includes the followings:the scheme of sharing one desulfurization tower for two coal boilers,saturated crystallizing process with side product of ammonium sulfate,the rules for selecting new anticorrosion materials,adoption of proprietary thickener technique,increase of back tank for accidents occurred in desulfurization process and ammonium sulfate solution tank,and optimum process of reducing aerosol and ammonia escape.With this reform,the problems of plug and corrosion occurred in traditional ammonia desulfurization process for flue gas have been solved.
