摘要
声发射(AE)是一种极好的检测和定位埋地管道泄漏的工具,它所具有的实时连续检测的优势,极大地提高了诊断的方便性和正确性。文章运用声发射技术,模拟城市天然气管道运行状态,进行管道小泄漏检测试验,结合互相关理论和离散小波变换,提出一种提高定位精度的AE检测定位分析算法,提高了泄漏信号的识别率。应用于燃气管道实地检测,结果证实该算法在燃气管道不停止运行、开挖检查被限制的情况下,能够发现管道小泄漏,并有效提高了定位精度。
Acoustic emission (AE) is a good tool to detect and position buried pipeline leakage.With the advantages in real-time and continuous inspection,it promotes the convenience and correctness greatly.In this article,by using acoustic emission technique,the operation of urban natural gas pipeline was simulated.From the test of detecting small leakage occurred in pipeline and combined with cross-correlation theory and discrete wavelet transform,one detecting and positioning analysis algorithm by using AE technique,which can improve the precision of positioning,was provided in this article.Then,the distinguish rate of leakage signals can be raised.This method was applied in real detection for gas pipeline and it found that under the condition that there is no-stop of pipeline operation and limit to excavation,small leakage occurred in pipeline can be found and precise positioning can be obtained.
