本文通过对金氏脉诊临床思维一般过程和特点的分析,指出了金氏脉诊临床思维的基本原则。临床脉诊思维的一般过程,从资料的收集、分析到作出诊断,是一个从感性到理性,从理论到实践的循环过程。在这一过程中,由于诊断对象的复杂性和诊断结果的概然性,必须遵从整体原则、具体原则、动态原则和安全原则。

Based on the analysis of the general process and features of Jinshi pulse diagnosis,this paper points out the basic principles of clinical thinking of Jinshi pulse diagnosis. The general clinical thinking process of pulse diagnosis which is composed of the data collection, analysis and diagnosis is a cycle from the perceptual to the rational and from theory to practice. In this process, due to the complicacy of the diagnostic objects and the probability of diagnostic results, it must comply with the general principle, the specific principle, the dynamic principle and the security principle.
