本文采用动力学的方法对脉搏中压力脉动和流量脉动的形成进行了探讨,并论述了压力和流量脉动在脉搏中的作用,详细分析了压力波和速度波在脉诊中的地位和临床意义,提出了脉诊的对象实际是脉搏中的速度波的观点。

In this paper, the formation of pulse pressure fluctuation and flow pulsation in pulse diagnosis is discussed in the method of dynamics. It also discusses the function of the pressure and flow pulsation in the pulse, analyzes the position and clinical significance of pressure wave and the wave velocity in pulse diagnosis and finally as a conclusion, puts forward the view that the object of pulse diagnosis is actually the velocity wave in the pulse.
