应用“双卧式护颈枕”预防椎动脉型颈椎病复发

Application of neck-protecting pillow for two prone positions to prevent the recurrence of arteria vertebral cervical spondylosis

目的:观察应用"双卧式护颈枕"预防椎动脉型颈椎病效果。方法:非双卧式护颈枕组出院后使用普通枕,双卧式护颈枕组出院后使用双卧式护颈枕,观察其复发率。结果:应用"双卧式护颈枕"组复发率明显低于使用普通枕组。结论:应用"双卧式护颈枕"可以有效预防椎动脉型颈椎病复发。

Objective：To observe the effect of neck-protecting pillow for two lying positions. Methods：The patients in the group of non-neck-protecting pillow for two lying positions use the common pillow after hospital discharge, while the patients in the group of neck-protecting pillow for two lying positions use this pillow to observe the recurrence rate. Results：The recurrence rate of the group using neck-protecting pillow for two lying positions is significant lower than that of the group using the common pillow. Conclusion： The neck-protecting pillow for two lying positions can effectively prevent the recurrence of arteria vertebral cervical spondylosis.
