正脊手法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症137例疗效观察

Efficacy observation of 137 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated with spinesetting manipulation

目的:探讨正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:对137例腰椎间盘突出症采用正脊手法为主的心理、减压、正脊、康复四步法治疗。结果:根据疗效评价标准评价疗效,本组治愈97例(74%)、显效23例(17%)、有效15例(8.9%),无效2例(0.1%)。结论:正脊手法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效肯定,安全性高,费用低,康复快,适用于在基层医院推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods：One hundred and thirty-seven cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with four steps including psychological, decompression, ridge and rehabilitation therapy. Results： According to the efficacy evaluation criteria, 97 cases were cured （74%）, 23 cases obviously effective（17%）, 15 cases effective （8.9%）, 2 cases failed（0.1%）. Conclusion：Spinesetting manipulation for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has the advangtages of curative effect, high safety, low cost and quick recovery which is suitable for promotion in the primary hospitals.
