针刺肩部颈部肌肉起止点治疗肩周炎疗效分析

Clinical analysis of scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with acupuncturing the starting and ending points of shoulder and neck muscles

目的:探讨针刺肩部颈部肌肉起止点治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:采用对照研究,将患者随机分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例),对照组采用内服中药汤剂治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上,实施针灸。根据患者肩部颈部功能障碍情况,选择下列肌肉中的某些肌肉的起止点作为针刺部位,充分考虑各组肌肉的功能特点,接受肩部颈部肌肉起止点的针刺,治疗结束后,对比两组患者治疗效果,探讨针刺肩部颈部肌肉起止点治疗肩周炎的临床应用价值。结果:观察组治愈率(48.84%)、好转率(41.86%)及总有效率(90.70%)明显高于对照组(41.86%)、好转率(39.5 3%)及总有效率(81.40%),差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺疗法具有活血化瘀、化湿通络、祛风散寒、理经止痛之功效,配合中药及推拿的整体治疗,能够达到扶正驱邪作用,取得满意的治疗效果,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncturing the the starting and ending points of shoulder and neck muscles in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： The patients were randomized into a control group（43 cases） and an observation group（43 cases）. The patients in the control group were taken oral Chinese medicine, while the patients in the observation group were taken acupuncture on the basis of the therapy for the control group. According to the patient＆#39;s dysfunction of shoulder and neck and the functions of different muscles, several starting and ending points of muscles were chosen as acu-points. After the treatment, the effects were compared to discuss the clinical application value of acupuncturing the starting and ending points of shoulder and neck muscles in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Results：The curative rate （48.84%）, the improvement rate（41.86%）and the total effective rate（90.70%）of the observation group were significantly higher than the curative rate（41.86%）, the improvement rate（39.53%） and the total effective rate（81.40%）of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy with the advantages of activating blood and transforming stasis, removing dampness and clearing maridians, expelling wind and dispelling the cold, managing the channels and relieving pain combined with overall treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and massage can achieve the satisfactory curative effects of strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogens, which is worthy of further application.
