益气化积方治疗晚期肿瘤29例临床观察

Clinical observation of 29 cases of advanced cancer treated with Qi-tonifying and mass-eliminating prescriptions

目的:研究"益气化积"方对晚期肿瘤的治疗作用。方法:采用随机、对照方法,将55例晚期肿瘤患者分为治疗组29例、对照组26例,观察2组患者治疗前后KPS评分、体重、近期客观疗效,免疫、凝血等指标。结果:治疗组KPS评分和体重均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8升高,CD8下降,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组Fib、PT均明显下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组近期有效率为31.03%,高于对照组19。23%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:"益气化积"方能显著提高晚期肿瘤患者的KPS评分和体重,改善免疫、凝血指标,可一定程度地抑制肿瘤进展。

Objective：To study therapeutic effects of qi-tonifying and mass-eliminating prescriptions to advanced cancer. Methods：55 cases of advanced cancer were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of 29 cases and control group of 26 cases;and we observed KPS scores, weight, short-term effects, immunity and coagulation etc. indicators of the two groups. Results： KPS scores and weight of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, the difference being statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the treatment group increased while CD8 decreased. The differences between before and after the treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05） while compared with the control group there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Both Fib and PT decreased significantly of the treatment group （P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference from the control group. Short-term efficiency of the treatment group was 31.03%, which was higher than that of the control group of 19.23%, and the difference was not statistically different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Qi-tonifying and mass-eliminating prescriptions can significantly improve KPS scores, weight, immunity and coagulation indicators of advanced cancer patients, and can control cancer progression to some extent.
