“心痹证”病因病机探析

Analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of heart arthralgia syndrome

笔者将心血管疾病伴有痹证证候者命名为"心痹证",并对胸痹与痹证伴发的病因、病机进行了探讨,病因上,感受寒邪,正气不足,劳逸失度,病理产物阻滞为其常见病因;邪盛正衰,气血亏虚,痰浊内生,经脉闭阻为其主要病机。笔者运用自拟方宁心通痹方加减治疗"心痹证",临床收到满意疗效。

The arthralgia syndrome associated with cardiovascular disease are named ＂heart arthralgia syndrome＂, and on the chest pain and arthralgia syndrome with pathogeny, hair is discussed. The pathogeny, feeling cold evil, the deficiency of vital qi, maladjustment of work and rest, the pathological products block as its common causes;Evil is powerful, Qi weakness, deficiency of Qi and blood, phlegm turbid livelihood, obstruction of channels as its main pathogenesis.The author uses the Nanjing Tong Bi Decoction which was self-designed Treatment＆quot;Heart Arthralgia Syndrome＆quot;,and received a satisfactory clinical efficacy.
