血府逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗TIA临床观察

Clinical observation on TIA treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and acumox

目的:本文收集60例社区老年人TIA的临床资料,通过临床表现、实验室资料及治疗结果,观察血府逐瘀汤配合针刺穴位治疗TIA患者的临床疗效。方法:选取符合TIA患者60例,采用随机法分为两组,治疗组30例用血瘀逐瘀汤配合针灸穴位治疗,对照组30例用拜阿司匹林片治疗,疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组症状改善总有效率和血液流变学及经颅多谱勒TCD检查改善总有效率均明显高于对照组。结论:血瘀逐瘀汤配合针灸穴位治疗TIA疗效确切,积极治疗是预防,降低致残率和病死率的关键。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with acumox on 60 cases of elderly patients with TIA through clinical manifestations, laboratory data and the treatment results. Methods：60 qualified cases with TIA were randomized into 2 groups. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with acumox, while the patients in the control group were treated with aspirin tablets, 8 weeks as a course. Results：The total effective rate of manifestation improvement, hemorheology and Transcranial Doppler TCD was much better than that of the control group. Conclusion：The efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with acumox is accurate and significant. Active treatment is the key to precent and reduce the disability rate and death rate.
