清肺凉血消银汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

Clinical observation on Qingfei Liangxue Xiaoyin Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

目的:观察清肺凉血消银汤治疗风热血燥型寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将67例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为清肺凉血消银汤治疗组和复方青黛胶囊对照组(分别为34例和33例),对治疗前后PASI积分和疗效进行比较。结果:治疗后,两组PASI积分均有所改善(P<0.05),治疗组PASI积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组疗效经Raddit分析比较(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组总有效率88.2%,对照组总有效率72.7%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清肺凉血消银汤治疗风热血燥型寻常型银屑病临床疗效确切,安全性较好。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingfei Liangxue Xiaoyin Decoction in the treatment of wind heat and blood dryness type of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：67 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into Qing fei Liang xue Xiao yin decoction treatment group with 34 cases and compound Qingdai capsule group with 33 cases. PASI scores and the curative effects were compared before and after treatment. Results：After the treatment, the PASI scores of two groups are both improved （P〈0.05）, the improvement of the PASI scores of treatment group is better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The effectiveness with Raddit was analyzed after treatment （P〈0.05）, the effectiveness of the treatment group is better than that of the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, and that of control group was 72.7%. To compare the total effective rates of two groups, the difference has no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Qingfei Liangxue Xiaoyin Decoction has the exact therapeutic effect on wind-heat and blooddryness type of psoriasis vulgaris with good security.
