小针刀配合医用臭氧关节腔注射治疗冻结肩的效果分析

Clinical analysis on frozen shoulder treated with small needle knife and medical ozone injection in articular cavity

目的:研究小针刀疗法配合医用臭氧关节腔注射治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:选择两组病例,小针刀治疗组50例和对照组(封闭及针刀)48例进行对比。结果:针刀配合医用臭氧关节腔注射组治愈率60%,优良率90%;对照组治愈率37.5%,优良率58.3。结论:小针刀配合医用臭氧关节腔注射治疗冻结肩具有疗效好,疗程短,安全显效的优势,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the efficacy of small needle knife combined with medical ozone injection in articular cavity in the treatment of frozen shoulder. Methods：Two groups were selected：50 cases in small needle knife as the treatment group and 48 cases in the control group （blocking and needle knife）. Results：The curative rate of the group treated with small needle knife combined with medical ozone injection in articular cavity was 60%and the excellent and good rate was 90%;The curative rate of the control group was 37.5%and the excellent and good rate was 58.3%. Conclusion：It has an excellent effect to treat with small needle knife combined with medical ozone injection in articular cavity with the advantages of shorter course, better safety and obvious curative effects which is worthy of promotion.
