趁疼散联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛疗效观察

Clinical observation on pain of malignant tumor bone metastasis treated with Chenteng power and zoledronic acid

目的:观察趁疼散联合唑来膦酸治疗转移性骨肿瘤的骨痛有效率、体力状况改善情况及不良反应。方法:31例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者服用趁疼散的同时采用联合唑来膦酸4mg加入0.9%氯化钠100m L静滴15min以上,每四周1个疗程,连用2个疗程。结果:治疗骨痛有效率为96.77%,体力状况改善率为64.5%,主要不良反应为发热,发生率为22.6%。结论:趁疼散联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛有效,能显著改善患者的生存质量,不良反应少,可方便安全用于恶性肿瘤骨转移的治疗。

Objective：To observation the effective rate, physical condition improvement and adverse reactions of pain of malignant tumor bone metastasis treated with Chenteng power and zoledronic acid. Methods：31 cases with malignant tumor bone metastasis were treated with Chenteng power while combined zoledronic acid 4mg 100mL 0.9%sodium chloride intravenous infusion over 15min, 4 weeks as a course, 2 courses in succession. Results：The effective rate was 96.77%in the treatment of bone pain, the improvement rate of physical condition was 64.5%, and the adverse reaction rate was 22.6% with the fever as the main adverse reaction.Conclusion： The Chenteng power combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of pain of malignant tumor bone metastasis is effective which can significantly improve the life quality of patients and reduce the adverse reactions with the advantage of safety for the treatment of malignant tumor bone metastasis.
