半夏白术天麻汤加味合星状神经节阻滞治疗颈性眩晕30例

Thirty cases of cervical vertigo treated with modified Banxia Baizhu decoction and stellate ganglion block

目的:探讨半夏白术天麻汤和星状神经节阻滞治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效和安全性。方法:60例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服半夏白术天麻汤加味方每次200ml每日2次,星状神经节阻滞每三天一次;对照组每三天一次行星状神经节阻滞,两组均治疗3周。结果:治疗后显效率83%,总有效率96%,而对照组分别为68%和85%,两组疗效差异有显著意义。结论:应用半夏白术天麻汤加味合星状神经节阻滞治疗颈性眩晕较之单纯应用星状神经节阻滞具有更好的疗效和安全性。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Banxia Baizhu decoction and stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods： 60 cases with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Banxia Baizhu decoction, 200ml per time, 2 times per day, stellate ganglion block every three days. Patients in the control group were treated with stellate ganglion block every three days, 3 weeks as a course for both groups. Results： The excellent effective rate of the treatment group was 83%, the total effective rate was 96%, while those of the control group were respectively 68% and 85%. The curative effects of the two group have significant differences.Conclusion： The effect of modified Banxia Baizhu decoction and stellate ganglion block has better effect and more safety than that with only stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
