益气滋阴镇逆汤治疗食管贲门失弛缓症疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of esophageal achalasia by Yiqi Ziyin Zhenni decoction

目的:观察益气滋阴镇逆汤治疗食管贲门失弛缓症的临床效果。方法:将76例食管贲门失弛缓症患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组36例。治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用益气滋阴镇逆汤。对照组常规西药治疗,30天观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率90.25%,明显高于对照组77.78%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气滋阴镇逆汤联合西药治疗食管贲门失弛缓症疗效显著,有临床推广应用价值。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Ziyin Zhenni decoction on esophageal achalasia. Methods： 76 patients with esophageal achalasia were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the treatment group,36 cases in the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Yiqi Ziyin Zhenni decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy, while patients in the control group were just treated with conventional western medicine and the curative effects were observed after 30 days. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.25%, significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78% and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： It has obvious curative effect to treat esophageal achalasia with Yiqi Ziyin Zhenni decoction combined with western medicine, which has the value of clinical application.
