急性心肌梗死超早期溶栓13例临床研究

Clinical research on ultra early thrombolytic therapy for 13 cases with acute myocardial infarction

目的:分析超早期急性心肌梗死的治疗效果。方法:对13例急性心肌梗死超早期治疗经过、预后临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:13例急性心肌梗死采用瑞替普酶(商品名瑞通力山东阿华生物药业有限公司)溶栓,有效8例,好转4例,死亡1例。结论:瑞通力超早期溶栓有效,可以用于临床。

Objective：To analyze the curative effect of ultra early acute myocardial infarction. Methods： The treatment and prognosis of 13 cases with acute myocardial infarction were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 13 cases of acute myocardial infarction were treated with reteplase （brand name Shandong A＇Hua Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.） thrombolysis. 8 cases were effective, 4 cases improved, 1 cases of death. Conclusion： Ruitongli ultra early thrombolytic therapy is effective which can be applied in clinic.
