胶囊内镜在慢性腹泻中的临床应用

Clinical application of capsule endoscopy in the treatment of chronic diarrhea

慢性腹泻为慢性消化道疾病症状之一，国外统计其发生率为3％～5％。小肠疾患所致慢性腹泻传统检查诊断率低。胶囊内镜的出现，使小肠疾病的诊断率明显提高。作者用M2A胶囊内镜对胃肠镜及X线消化道钡透阴性慢性腹泻患者检查并与健康体检者比较，证明胶囊内镜在慢性腹泻中有良好的诊断价值。

Chronic diarrhea is one of the symptoms of chronic digestive tract disease, and the incidence by foreign statistics is 3% - 5%. Traditional inspection diagnosis has low rate for chronic diarrhea caused by intestinal disorders. The emergence of capsule endoscope significantly increases the diagnosis rate of small intestinal diseases. The author checked negative patients with chronic diarrhea by the stomach and digestive tract by X-ray barium and compared with healthy group through M2A capsule endoscopy in order to prove that the study has a good diagnostic value for chronic diarrhea.
