“止嗽散”加减治疗肺炎支原体肺炎40例临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of 40 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia by ingredient-altered Zhisou powder

目的:探讨中药"止嗽散"加减治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将40例肺炎支原体肺炎病人随机分为两组,治疗20例应用中药"止嗽散"加减合阿奇霉素分散片治疗。对照组20例用阿奇霉素分散片治疗,15天一个疗程。观察两组病人治疗效果。结果:治疗组20例中,治愈18例,显效2例,总有效率100%,7天开始显效。对照组中,治愈13例,显效3例,4例病人,15天后仍存在咳嗽症状,尚待进一步治疗,有效率80%,12天开始显效。结论:运用中药"止嗽散"加减合阿奇霉素分散片治疗肺炎支原体肺炎,疗效确切,疗程明显缩短,不良反应少。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of ingredient-altered Zhisou powder in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods： 40 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. 20 patients were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine ingredient-altered Zhisou powder combined with azithromycin tablets, while 20 patients in the control group were treated with azithromyein tablet, 15 days as a therapy course. The treatment effects were observed. Results： Within 20 cases in the treatment group, 18 cases were cured, 2 cases effective, the total effective rate was 100%. The curative effect was marked from the 7th day. In the control group, 13 cases were cured, 3 cases effective, 4 patients still had cough after 15 days given further treatment and the total effective rate was 80%. The curative effect was marked from the 12nd day. Conclusion： It has accurate effect to treat mycoplasma pneumonia with ingredient-altered Zhisou powder combined with azithromycin tablets with shorter duration ans less adverse reactions.
