中医辨证为主治疗胃寒型胃炎45例疗效分析

Analysis on curative effect of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation for 45 cases with stomach gastritis

目的：探讨中医辨证方法在胃寒型胃炎治疗效果中的应用。方法：选取2012年6月～2013年12月来我院就诊胃炎患者90例，并分型属胃寒型，按治疗方法的不同，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组进行常规西药治疗，观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上加入中医辨证治疗。结果：观察组患者经过中医辨证治疗后，痊愈30例，显效5例，有效6例，无效4例，总有效率可达91．11％，而对照组单纯西药治疗后，痊愈18例，显效7例，有效9例，无效11例，总有效率仅为75．56％。结论：按照中医分型对胃寒型胃炎进行辨证施治，治愈率高，是一种很好的治疗方法。

Objective： To explore the effect of TCM Method in the treatment of stomach gastritis. Methods： 90 cases of gastritis patients belonging to stomach cold type in our hospital from June,2012 to December,2013 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the different methods of treatment. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group were given treatment based on syndrome differentiation based on conventional western medicine. Results： After treatment according to syndrome differentiation, 30 cases in the observation group were cured, 5 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 4 cases invalid and the total effective rate was 91.11%, while 18 cases in the control group were cured, 7 cases markedly effective, 9 cases invalid and the total effective rate was 75.56%. Conclusion： According to treatment based on syndrome differentiation for the stomach cold type gastritis, it is a very good therapy with high curative rate.
