补中益气汤加减治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床研究

Clinical research on treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection by ingredient-altered Buzhong Yiqi decoction

目的：研究补中益气汤治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年1月～2013年1月期间收治两组共70例反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床资料。结果：对照组有效率为57．14％（20／35），观察组有效率为88．57％（31／35），两组有效率具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。观察组患儿多汗、体倦乏力、食少纳呆、大便异常等症状改善显著优于对照组（P〈0．05），且可延长两次呼吸道感染发作时间。结论：补中益气汤对于反复呼吸道感染有良好的治疗效果，患儿症状明显改善，值得临床推广。

Objective： To research the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods： The medical records of 70 cases of two groups with recurrent respiratory tract infection from January,2010 to January,2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 57.14% （20/35）, while the observation group was 88.57% （31/35） . The effective rates of the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. The symptoms,as sweating, asthenia, anorexia and abnormal defecate in the observation group improved significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05 ）. It also can prolong the duration between onset of respiratory tract infection. Conclusion： Buzhong Yiqi decoction has a good effect on recurrent respiratory tract infection and improves the symptoms of children, which is worthy of promotion.
