摘要
目的：探讨跟骨骨折治疗中应用锁定接骨板的临床效果。方法：分析2011年1月～2013年1月本院收治的跟骨骨折并应用锁定接骨板进行治疗的患者的-陆床资料。结果：术后1个月有2名患者发生了轻度感染，至手术后3个月未再发生感染情况。术后6个月，患者全部达到I期愈合。患者在手术后1、3、6个月，患者的骨折愈合情况和咬合关系呈逐渐恢复状态，其中有1名患者咬合关系未能完全恢复。结论：在跟骨骨折的治疗方法方面，锁定接骨板是较为理想的治疗方法，其操作方便，固定较为牢靠，且疗效较好。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect on treatment of calcaneal fractures by locking plates. Methods： To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of cases with calcaneal fractures treated with locking plates in our hospital from January, 2011 to January, 2013. Results： After 1 month,2 patients occurred mild infection, until three months after the operation infection did not happen again.Six months after operation, all patients achieved Phase I healing. After l, 3, 6 months of operation, the fracture healing and occlusal relationship was gradually restored, but 1 patients failed to fully recover the occlusal relationship. Conclusion： In the treatment of calcaneal fractures, locking plate is an ideal treatment method with convenient operation, firm fixation and good efficacy.
