摘要
设计一种立式锥滚筒花生脱壳装置。阐述该装置脱壳原理,对立式锥滚筒、锥筒凹板筛、传动系统、附件等关键部件进行优化设计,并进行整机装配。该脱壳装置结构设计合理,突破了传统的脱壳模式,提高了脱壳效率。
A vertical awl -shaped roller peanut shelling device was invented. This paper explains the principle of this device. Optimization was made on its key parts, including its vertical awl-shaped roller, cone concave sieve, transmission system, accessories and other key components. The husking device is reasonable in structural design and efficient in shelling.
