摘要
重金属污染是当代社会的主要问题之一,所以人们致力于设计和合成对重金属具有高选择性和高灵敏性的材料。由于通过荧光化学传感器产生的荧光光谱一直是高效的分析方法,合成了新的基于希夫碱的荧光化学传感器,同时研究了对各种金属离子的结合特性。当Zn(Ⅱ)存在于化合物1时,荧光光谱显示为增强。其他金属离子没有使光谱增强或增加得非常少。当Fe(Ⅲ)存在于化学传感器2时,荧光光谱显示为减弱。所以,化合物2对Fe(Ⅲ)具有很高的选择性和灵敏性。
Heavy metal pollution is one of the major concerns of the contemporary society,much effort has been focused on the design of highly selective and sensitive sensory materials.With this regard,fluorescent chemosensors have been of particular interest,as fluorescence spectroscopy has turned to be one of the most effective and reliable analytical methods.So we synthesized new kinds of crown fluorescent sensors,and investigated its binding properties toward various metal ions.In presence of Zn(Ⅱ) ion,the compound 1 showed fluorescence enhance.Other metal ions in compound solution showed very little emission or did not show any emission.The compound 2 had strong fluorescence in CH3CN solution.However,upon addition of Fe(Ⅲ),a fluorescence qunching was observed.New kinds of crown compounds were designed and synthesized by Schiff base reaction.
