摘要 [目的]为研究赶酸效果对火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤中铬的影响.[方法]通过多种土壤标准物质的测定,比较不同赶酸程度对测定的影响.[结果]在同样的赶酸效果下,不使用高氯酸进行赶酸,经过多种土壤标准物质的测试,结果满意.[结论]硝酸和氢氟酸不是引起测定结果偏低的原因,建议赶酸后的最终溶液体积为1 ~2 ml. [Objective] The influence of acid-driven on result of Cr element in soil by FAAS was studied.[Method] Different acid-driven volume was compared in determination of several soil standard substances.[Result] Acid-driven program was studied without use of perchloric acid.The results were satisfied in determination of five soil standard samples.[Conclusion] Nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid were not the reason to direction of lower result.The last volume of acid-driven suggested was 1-2 ml.
