摘要
[目的]研究不同种质资源之间主要农艺性状的差异,以筛选出产量高、品质优良的种质资源,为今后桔梗新品种选育奠定基础。[方法]通过对5个桔梗种质资源采用随机区组设计,在田间种植后,对一年生桔梗地上部(株高、茎粗、分枝数、茎叶重)和根部(根长、侧根数、根粗、根鲜重)主要农艺性状进行方差分析和多重比较。[结果]5个种质资源除了株高间的差异达到显著水平外,其他性状的差异均达到了极显著水平,其中表现最好的是三成紫花,其次是宁安紫花,长安白花表现最差。[结论]综合评价认为5个种质资源中,三成紫花表现最好,有望培育成桔梗新品种。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the differences of main agronomic traits between different germplasm resources,to select a variety of high yield and good quality germplasm resources,which lays a foundation for breeding new varieties of platycodon grandiflorum in the future.[Method] Through the randomized block design of the five characteristics of germplasm resources in the field,the agronomic characters of aboveground (plant height,stem diameter,branch number,stem leaf weight) and root (root length,lateral root number,root diameter,root fresh weight) of the annual platycodon grandiflorum were analyzed by ANOVA and multiple comparing.[Result] In addition to the differences between plant height reached significant levels,the other traits had reached the extremely significant level,one of the best is Sanchengzihua,followed by Ninganzihua,Changanbaihua fared the worst.[Conclusion] In general,Sanchengzihua was the best of the five germplasm resources,and is expected to develop into the new varieties of platycodon grandiflorum.
