新中国成立后,发展农业是我国经济建设的首要任务。新中国的农业发展,特别是西北、东北和南疆的大开发,是以军垦农场和地方国营农场为主体的。建国以来在荒原戈壁上发展农业,所取得的成就应归功于中国农垦事业奠基人——王震。中国经历了几十年的革命战争之后,让王震看到了快速恢复农业生产的迫切性,他心中装的是中国经济之本——农业。王震带领部队官兵屯垦戍边,建立了一支现代化农业生产队伍,使我国农垦事业从无到有,从小到大,已成为社会主义农业的一支重要力量。

After the founding of new China,the development of agriculture is the important task of economic construction in China.The agricultural development of new China,especially in the northwest,northeast and the great development of southern Xinjiang,is dominated by army reclamation farm and local state farms.All the desert agricultural development,is due to China＇s agricultural reclamation cause founderWang Zhen.Decades of revolutionary war made Wang realize the agricultural development,his heart is filled with the soul of the Chinese economy-agriculture.Our country agricultural reclamation enterprise from scratch,since the childhood,has become an important force in socialist agriculture.
