加强大学知识产权教育的必要性与路径分析

The Necessity to Enhance the University's Intellectual Property Education and Path Analysis

大学作为知识生产的重要基地,在以创新驱动发展的时代背景下,普及知识产权教育尤为迫切。目前,我国大学的知识产权教育不能满足知识经济和创新的时代要求。分析当前我国大学知识产权教育的现状和问题,并从完善专业和课程设置、加强师资培养、注重理论与实践相结合等方面寻找有效路径和对策,对加强大学知识产权教育具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。

University plays a key role in knowledge production. In time of innovation-driven, it requires urgently the popularity of IP education. Our university IP education at present can＇t meet with the needs of knowledge economy and innovation. There is a theoretical and practical significance to analyse the current situation and issues so as to find an effective path and strategy of IP education in our universities. Such aspects are highlighted here as to adjust the speciality and curriculum allocation, to improve university teacher＇s IP awareness, and to enhance the link between theory and practice, etc.
