摘要 某金矿氰化段因处理量增大造成氰渣品位升高,金银回收率降低,经过讨论验证将准备作业改变为精矿压滤-贫液调浆-磨矿-脱药后进入浸出等后续作业。精矿在再磨过程中边磨边浸,经实践表明改造后金精矿进入浸出作业前金银浸出率达到70%左右,通过强化浸出不仅减少了氰化钠耗量,而且提高了0.24%浸出率。 Due to the treatment capacity's increasing, the cyanide slag grade of a cyanide section has increased, and gold and silver recovery rate has decreased. Through the discussion and verification, preparation operation is changed into the subsequent operations such as concentrate filter-lean liquid paste-grinding and leaching into removal of drugs. In the grinding process concentrate is milling and leaching. The practice proves that before gold concentrate leaches into the operation, the gold and silver leaching rate reached about 70%after transformation, by strengthening leaching it not only reduced the consumption of sodium cyanide, but also improved the leaching rate by 0.24%.
