摘要
文中对挖掘机泵连接处进行三维建模,通过模态分析和谐响应分析发现动刚度是泵轴封渗油的主要原因。为了提高轴封机械结构的动刚度,文中提出5种方案,并对方案进行了分析和对比,最后得到了相对较优的方案。
3D modeling is done to excavator pump joint. Through modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, it is found that the dynamic stiffness is the main reason for the pump shaft seal oil leakage. In order to improve the dynamic stiffness of mechanical structure of the shaft sealing, this paper puts forward 5 schemes, and the schemes are analyzed and compared, and finally a relatively optimal solution is obtained.
