水平井压裂变质量多相流分析

摘要 水平井井眼穿透油层的长度长,单井产量高,使没有开采价值的油藏具有工业价值,使一大批死井复活,对于开采像大牛地气田这样的低渗透油气藏具有重要意义。在对水平井水平段压裂过程中,整个压裂过程是一种水平变质量多相流动,该流动受完井方式的影响很大,完井方式不同,边壁入流的方式不同,对主流流动的附加阻力不同,从而导致流道中的压降分布变化很大。本文将对压裂过程中变质量多相流进行分析,对影响压降的原因进行分析,并且对压降进行计算,为以后的压裂提供理论支持。 The length that the horizontal well borehole penetrates oil reservoir is long and the single well yield is high, which makes the oil reservoir without mining value have industrial value and resuscitates a large number of dried-up well. It is of great significance for the exploration of low permeability oil and gas reservoirs like Daniudi gas field. In the fracturing process of the horizontal segment of horizontal well, the whole fracturing process is a kind of variable mass multiphase flow. The flow is greatly affected by well completion method. Different well completion methods cause different side wall inflow way, which have different additional resistances on the main flow, leading to great pressure drop distribution change in the flow pass. This article analyzes the variable mass multiphase flow in the fracturing process and the factors influencing the pressure drop. It also calculates the pressure drop in order to provide theoretical support for the future fracturing.
