压裂液降滤失性能的研究

摘要 水力压裂作为油气田开发过程中提高产量的重要措施,已经在我国各大油田得到广泛应用。压裂液的综合性能作为压裂作业过程的关键因素,越发受到油田科研人员的重视。但是在实际压裂作业过程中遇到很多棘手的问题:粘土矿物水化膨胀、压裂液滤失量低、反排差、效率低等,针对这些弊端,研制出了防膨降滤失压裂液。本文通过实验,主要针对该压裂液的降滤失性能进行研究。该压裂液体系初滤失量小于1×10-3m3/m2,油溶性降滤失剂有很强的滤失暂堵性能,高达95%,并且遇油后能够自动解堵恢复渗透率,渗透率恢复值均高于96%以上。 As an important measure to improve the production in the process of developing oil and gas field, the hydraulic fracturing has been widely used in the major oilfields in China. As a key factor in the process of fracturing operations, the comprehensive performance of fracturing fluid is paid more and more attention of the oilfield researchers. But there are many thorny questions in the actual fracturing process: hydration swelling clay minerals, low fracturing fluid filtration, poor reverse platoon, low efficiency, for these drawbacks, anti-swelling pressure fluid loss fracturing fluid is developed. Through experiments, this paper mainly researches on fluid loss properties of the fracturing fluid. The fracturing fluid filtration rate is less than 1×10-3m^3/m^2, oil-soluble fluid loss additive has a strong filtration temporary blocking performance, up to 95%, which can automatically restore permeability after the case of plugging the oil, and the permeability recovery values are higher than 96%.
