Analysis of Construction Cost Management

随着社会的不断发展,建筑企业如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展。但是目前,建筑企业在市场经济条件下同样面临着激烈的竞争,因此所有的施工企业为了实现企业经济效益的最大化,都在不断的通过强化和完善成本控制来提高管理水平以及降低工程成本。本文从工程项目成本控制过程的各个要素和环节出发,结合自身实践探讨了施工成本控制的相关问题,并提出了提高成本控制水平的措施,希望能够为企业在成本控制方面提供相应的参考。

With the continuous development of the society, the construction enterprises have sprung up. But at present, the construction enterprises are also facing intense competition in the market economy, therefore, all the construction enterprises are constantly strengthening and improving cost control to improve the management level and reduce the cost of the project in order to maximize the economic efficiency. Combining with the practice, this paper discusses the problems related to the construction cost control from each element and link in the cost control process of the construction project, and proposes measures to improve the level of cost control, hoping to provide corresponding reference for the cost control of the enterprises.
