摘要
本文针对A设计院项目管理现状进行调查,从七个方面提出存在的问题并进行细致分析,期望对A公司项目管理的推进以及国内中小设计院在类似管理问题的解决办案方面提供借鉴和参考。
This paper investigates the project management situation of A design institute, points out the problems from seven aspects and carries out detailed analysis in hope of providing reference for the project management of A company and the domestic small and medium-sized design institute.
