This paper introduces the internal market management model into the coal mine safety management, based on the interior market chain of the enterprise, restructuring the process of the coal mine safety management, establishing the processes of coal mine safety management that adapt to the characteristics of the coal mine business, through the integrated application of the market mechanism （economic levers）and internal security control （administration）mechanism, it explores new mode of coal mine safety management, further promotes sustainable security and harmonious development of the coal mines.
