高分子材料专业大学生就业现状及对策研究

本文针对大学生就业难的问题,通过分析高分子材料专业人才需求的特点,提出了一系列对策方法。从毕业生自身、企业与政府、高校教学改革三个方面进行探讨,为提高高分子材料专业大学生就业提供一种思路。

This paper have supposed a series countermeasures in view of the dilemma of university students＆#39; employment, which based on analying the requirement of polymer materials profession. In respect of graduates themselves, enterprise and government,college teaching reform, we provided new thoughts to improve university students＆#39;employment.
