扒渣机液压控制调试问题的分析与解决

摘要 炼钢厂铁水预处理项目调试期间,扒渣机、地车比例阀控制器不能控制比例阀正常工作,地车不能开动,扒渣机8向无动作,经反复检查,发现控制器无手柄控制信号模拟量源,控制器卡内没有控制参数,三台扒渣机不能使用,外方工程师建议更换比例阀放大器卡,并要求厂家来人设置合理参数;经过查阅图纸、比例阀放大器卡的有关技术资料,分析现有设备存在的问题难点,最终形成合理解决方案:设计并应用模拟量信号发生单元,设计并应用模拟信号输出单元,检验以上模拟量信号0点准确、正负信号均衡无误后,调试配合比例阀动作重新设置参数,综合试用并优化运行;最终解决疑难问题,零故障使用至今已有1年多时间。 Steel during hot metal pretreatment program debugging, grilled slag machine, car proportional valve controller can not control proportional valve to work properly, and the car can't start, grilled slag machine 8 to no action, after repeated examination, found no handle control signal analog source controller, the controller CARDS without control parameters, three grilled slag machine can't use,the foreign engineer recommend replacing the proportional valve amplifier card, and demand to set reasonable parameters; After check drawings and relevant technical data of proportional valve amplifier card, analysis the existing problems of difficulty of existing equipment, the final formation of reasonable solution: design and application of analog signal unit, the design and application of analog signal output unit, analog signal inspection above zero, positive and negative signal balance and correct correctly, the debugging with proportion valve action to set parameters, comprehensive experiment and optimal operation;Finally solve the problems, it has been more than 1 year zero fault using time.
