不同方法治疗口腔扁平苔藓的效果比较研究

Effect comparative study of different methods in the treatment of oral lichen planus

目的研究和比较中西医药物疗法与手术切除治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的口腔扁平苔癣患者60例，按照治疗方法不同分成药物组和手术组，药物组采取中西医药物治疗．手术组采取手术切除治疗，评价两组疗效，所有患者均随访3~12个月，比较复发率。结果药物组总有效率为70．00％，手术组总有效率为90．00％，药物组总有效率明显低于手术组（P〈0．05）；药物组治疗12个月后复发率明显高于手术组．两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论手术切除治疗口腔扁平苔藓以根除病灶为治疗目的，具有起效快、疗效好、复发率低的优点，是口腔扁平苔藓治疗的新途径。

Objective To investigate and compare clinical effects of TCM and western medicine drug therapy and surgery in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods 60 cases of patients with oral lichen planus in our hospital were divided into drug group and surgical group according to different treatments.Drug group was treated with TCM and western medicine drug therapy and surgical group was treated with surgical removal.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.All patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months,the recurrence rate was compared. Results The total efficiency rate of drug group（70.00%）was significantly lower than that of surgical group（90.00%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment of 12 months,the recurrence rate in drug group was significantly higher than that in surgical group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgical resection in the treatment of patients with oral lichen planus has good efficacy,low recurrence rate,fewer complication,is a new way of treatment of oral lichen planus.
