手术治疗脑肿瘤出血的临床效果评价与特点分析

Clinical effect evaluation and characteristic analysis on surgery in the treatment of hemorrhage caused by brain tumor

目的研究手术治疗对脑肿瘤出血患者的临床效果，并对其特点进行分析。方法选取本院2000年12月～2013年12月门诊及住院部收治的120例脑肿瘤出血患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，治疗组给予手术清除肿瘤及血块治疗，对照组给予保守治疗，对比和分析两组患者的治疗效果、并发症及复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为88．33％，明显高于对照组的46．67％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组的总并发症发生率、复发率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论脑肿瘤出血患者行手术清除肿瘤坏死组织及血块，能取得良好的临床疗效，且并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of surgery in the treatment of patients with hemorrhage caused by brain tumor,and to analyze corresponding characteristic. Methods 120 cases of patients with hemorrhage caused by brain tumor from December 2000 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,surgical removal of tumor and blood clot treatment was used in treatment group,conservative treatment was used in control group.Therapeutic efficacy,complication and recurrence of two groups was compared and analyzed respec- tively. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 88.33%,significantly higher than that in control group （46.67%）,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The total incidence rate of complication and recurrence rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with brain hemorrhage undergoing surgical removal of tumor necrosis tissue and blood clots achieve great clinical therapeutic efficacy, and fewer complication,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
