阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗原发性苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变的效果

Effect of acitretin capsules combined compound glycyrrhizin on the treatment of cutaneous lichenoid amyloidosis

目的探讨阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗原发性苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变的效果。方法收集2012年10月～2013年7月收治的130例原发性苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变患者，随机分为两组，每组各65例。对照组患者给予阿维A胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方苷草酸甘治疗。连用8周后，比较两组患者的治疗有效率、体征评分变化、症状评分变化和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为92-3％，高于对照组的58．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组患者的体征评分明显降低，观察组体征评分为（0．483±0．637）分，低于对照组的（1．648±0．948）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组患者症状评分明显降低，观察组体征评分为（0．394±0．549）分，低于对照组的（1．426±1．035）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗原发性苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变的效果显著，且临床不良反应少。值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of acitretin capsules combined compound glycyrrhizin on the treatment of cutaneous lichenoid amyloidosis. Methods 130 cases with cutaneous lichenoid amyloidosis from December 2012 to July 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each group of 65 cases.Patients in control group were treated by acitretin capsules,and patients in observation group were treated by compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of control group.Mter 8 week＇s treatment,the efficacy,signs score change,symptom score change and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total efficacy of observation group was 92.3% which was higher than that of control group （8.5%）,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the signs score change of two group was reduced, the signs score change of observation group was （0.483±0.637） points which was lower than that of control group [（1.648±0.948） points],the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.After treatment,symptom score change of two group was reduced,the symptom score change of observation group was （0.394±0.549） points which was lower than that of control group [（1.426±1.035） points],the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acitretin capsules combined compound glycyrrhizin can effective treat cutaneous lichenoid amyloidosis with low adverse reactions,it is worthy being applied.
