慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术患者行护理路径的应用价值分析

Analysis of application value of nursing pathway in patients receiving chronic rhinosinusitis surgery

目的探讨慢性鼻一鼻窦炎手术患者行护理路径的应用价值。方法选取本院2011年3月～2012年1月收治的150例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术患者，将其随机分为观察组与参考组，各75例。观察组患者按照临床护理路径方案进行护理，参考组患者采用常规护理，观察两组的住院时间、住院费用、疾病知识掌握评分及护理满意率。结果观察组的住院时间明显短于参考组，住院费用明显低于参考组，疾病知识掌握评分及护理满意率均明显高于参考组（P〈0．05）。结论在慢性鼻一鼻窦炎手术患者护理中，采用临床护理路径有助于促进患者康复，缩短住院时间，减轻患者的经济负担，提高患者对疾病知识的掌握能力及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of nursing pathway on patients receiving chronic rhinosinusitis surgery. Methods 150 patients receiving chronic rhinosinusitis surgery admitted into our hospital from March 2011 to January 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group,and there were 75 cases in each group.The observation was given clinical nursing pathway while the reference group was given conventional nursing intervention.The hospital stay,hospital expense,disease knowledge mastery score and nursing satisfaction ratio in the two groups were observed. Results The hospital stay in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the reference group,hospital expense in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the reference group,disease knowledge mastery score and nursing satisfaction ratio in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of clinical nursing pathway for nursing care of patients receiving chronic rhinosinusitis surgery can promote patient recovery,shorten hospital stay,ease medical burden,and improve mastery ability of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction degree.
