摘要 目的探讨互动达标法在家庭化产房护理中的应用。方法以本院2013年1月~2014年3月家庭化产房收入的拟行阴道分娩的产妇78例为研究对象,将其随机分为互动达标组和常规护理组,每组各39例。常规护理组行常规护理.互动达标组在此基础上增加互动达标护理内容,比较两组患者的分娩情况和护理满意度。结果两组的第一产程潜伏期时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而互动达标组的第一产程活跃期、第二产程和第三产程时间则显著短于常规护理组(P〈0.05),顺利分娩率、护理满意度高于常规护理组(P〈0.05)。结论互动达标法可以在家庭化产妇护理中发挥积极作用.可加快产妇的分娩进程,降低产妇的疼痛和抑郁水平,提高产妇对护理服务的满意度。 Objective To analyze the application of method of interactively reaching the standard in nursing of family delivery room. Methods 78 puerperae proposed vaginal delivery admitted into family delivery room in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were selected as subjects and they were divided into the interactively reaching the standard group and the routine nursing group,there were 39 puerperae in each group.The routine nursing group was given the routine nursing, the interactively reaching the standard group was given the interactively reaching the standard nursing,delivery and nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups was compared. Results There was no statistical dif- ference of Latency time of the first stage of labor in the two groups (P〉0.05),the time of the first active phase of labor, the second stage of labor,and the third stage of labor in the interactively reaching the standard group was obviously shorter than that in the routine nursing group (P〈0.05),the rate of smooth delivery,nursing satisfaction degree in the interactively reaching the standard group was higher than in the routine nursing group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The method of interactively reaching the standard can play a positive role in nursing of family delivery room,and it can accelerate the maternal delivery process, reduce maternal pain and depression, improve maternal satisfaction with nursing service.
