整体护理在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用价值

The application value of overall nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨整体护理在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用价值。方法选择本院2012年1月～2014年1月在本病区住院的妇科手术患者共200例，按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组，每组各100例。对照组患者腹腔镜手术后给予行妇科常规护理，干预组在对照组的基础上给予整体护理干预，出院时，比较两组患者的手术情况、满意度、术后恢复情况等。结果干预组的下床活动时间、排气时间、住院时间分别为（10．3±2．2）h、（18．8±9．2）h、（6．3±0．4）d，均明显较对照组缩短（P〈0．01）；干预组的满意度为97．0％，明显高于对照组的61．0％（P〈0．01）。结论整体护理可明显提高患者的护理满意度，缩短住院时间，缩短患者机体恢复的时间，值得临床推广应用。

objective To study the application value of overall nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 200 patients with gynecological surgery treated in the ward from January 2012 to January 2014 were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the random number table method,and there were 100 cases in each group.The control group was given gynaecology routine nursing care after laparoscopic surgery,the intervention group was given overall nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The operation,satisfaction degree and postoperative recovery in the two groups when discharged were compared. Results The time of getting out of bed to exercise,exhaust time, hospital stay in the intervention group was （10.3±2.2） h,（18.8±9.2）h,（6.3±0.4） d respectively which were shorter compared with the control group （P〈0.01）.Satisfaction degree was 97.0% in intervention group,which was obviously higher than that of control group （61.0%） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Overall nursing can obviously improve the patients＇ nursing satisfaction degree,shorten hospital stay,shorten the recovery time of patients＇ body, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
