动力吸切系统在声带显微黏膜瓣手术中的临床效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨将动力吸切系统应用于声带显微黏膜瓣手术的临床疗效。方法将80例声带息肉患者分为A组(42例)和B组(38例),均采用显微黏膜内侧微瓣技术手术治疗,A组应用动力吸切系统,B组应用喉显微钳切除病变,于术前和术后3个月进行电子喉镜检查。结果术后3个月A组显效40例,有效2例,显效率为95.24%,总有效率为100.00%;B组显效37例,有效1例,显效率为97.37%,总有效率为100.00%;两组显效率和总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后均无明显并发症发生。A组平均手术时间为(6±3)min,B组平均手术时间为(11±6)min,两组手术时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将动力吸切系统应用于声带显微黏膜瓣手术,在取得与传统手术相近疗效的情况下,能降低手术操作难度,减少手术时间,值得临床推广。 Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of suction power cut system in vocal cord microscopic mu- cosal flap surgery. Methods 80 cases of patients with vocal cord polyp were divided into group A (42 cases) and group B (38 cases),and were treated with microscopic mucosal flap inside micro-surgery technique,suction power cut system was given to group A,microlaryngeal clamp was given to group B,electronic display laryngoscopy was conducted on preoperative and postoperative 3 months. Results After 3 months treatment,group A of 40 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,the markedly effective rate was 95.24%,total effective rate was 100.00%;group B of 37 cases were markedly effective,1 case of effective,the markedly effective rate was 97.37% ,total effective rate was 100.00%;the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of two groups had no significant difference (P〉0.05).Two groups had no obvious postoperative complications.Average surgery time of group A was (6±3) min,group B was (11±6) min,the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Suction power cut system in vocal cord microscopic mucosal flap surgery,has similar curative effect to traditional surgery,can reduce the difficulty of operation,and reduce the operation time,is worth clinical promotion.
